Funding Options
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Allay is registered with NDIS to provide Early Childhood Intervention, Improved Daily Living and Improved Relationships as Behaviour Specialists. To commence services an NDIS Plan and payment arrangements are required.
Medicare
Allay provides services under the Medicare Benefits Scheme and are registered to provide Better Access to Mental Health Services as Mental Health Occupational Therapists. To commence services a GP or Specialist Care Plan is required, for example Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health Care Plan, or Psychological Group Therapy. There are out of pocket costs when using a Care Plan.
Needs Assessments for Funding
Allay completes assessments to determine a person’s need for funding, for example eligibility for NDIS. These services may be funded privately, by DHHS, brokerage funding or directly from other service providers.
Private Health
Allay provides services under Private Health insurance. There are out of pocket costs when using Private Health insurance.
Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
Allay provides services under TAC. To commence services confirmation of funding and Claim Number is required.
WorkSafe
Allay provides services under WorkSafe. To commence services confirmation of funding and Claim Number is required.
Service Types
Occupational Therapy services that may require funding are activities such as face to face sessions, training for supports, session notes, phone calls, resource development, travel, report writing or other administrative tasks.
