Strong Minds Homework Club

This group is designed for early high school students or those new to homework. It focuses on building executive functioning skills like planning, prioritising, time management, and problem-solving. In a supportive and therapeutic environment, students receive guidance to break tasks into manageable steps, stay on track, and practice strategies to complete their homework confidently. Occupational Therapists (OTs) provide tailored support to manage stress, dysregulation, or overwhelm, setting students up for long-term, independent success. Additionally, it’s a great opportunity for students to connect with peers facing similar challenges and share experiences.
