Our occupational therapists provide a safe space to explore and develop essential relationship skills, including: 

  • Understanding Boundaries & Consent – we can support you to establish and respect personal boundaries in relationships.

  • Emotional Regulation & Safety – We can support you to develop strategies to manage emotional and sensory responses in relationships.
