Recovery Through Activity

The Recovery Through Activity (RTA) Group offers targeted Occupational Therapy to support adults aged 36–55 as they build confidence, skills, and positive routines through hands-on activities. Designed around the Remotivation Process, this program helps participants create lifestyle changes that bring meaning and purpose to everyday roles. Through supportive group sessions, individuals engage in practical activities that strengthen daily living skills, foster social connections, and promote recovery-oriented growth.

The RTA Group focuses on building practical skills that support recovery and everyday wellbeing. Participants develop cognitive and executive functioning abilities, strengthen communication and social confidence, and enhance daily living skills for greater independence. The program also supports emotional regulation, self-management, and the exploration of meaningful leisure activities and personal identity, while fostering recovery-oriented skills that promote resilience and long-term growth.
