Attachment in Practice: Real Tools for OTs Supporting Regulation & Relationships
With Sarah van de Ven, Senior OT & Clinical Educator
If you’re an OT supporting emotional or behavioural regulation—and not quite sure how to weave attachment theory into your work—this founding course is for you.
Led by the incredible Sarah van de Ven, who brings 19 years of clinical experience in mental health and developmental psychiatry, this course bridges theory and real-life practice.
Sarah has supported hundreds of neurodivergent kids and their families, and she gets the dilemmas we face in therapy.
Learn what attachment really is, why it matters, and how it interacts with neurodiversity, emotional regulation, and family systems.
Then—our favourite part—come back for two small-group coaching sessions where we apply it all to your clients.
The questions, the sticky moments, the “I’m not sure how to help here” ones. That’s where the magic happens.
Small groups. Real tools. Safe, rich discussion.
